Nature of Services & Eligibility
ALTERbyPujah offers health, wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching for educational and general wellness purposes. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and all guidance should be followed at your discretion.
You must be 18 years or older to join any program.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information during applications and check-ins, and understand that your progress depends on your consistency, communication, and adherence to the plan. We do not guarantee specific results, as every individual’s body and lifestyle differ.
Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
All payments must be completed in full at enrollment and are processed securely through third-party providers.
All programs are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds or cancellations are only considered in genuine emergencies and granted solely at our discretion. You can read our cancellation and refund policy, here.
Program Access & Communication
Access to coaching, check-ins, and resources is limited to your program duration. Respectful communication is expected across all channels; inappropriate behaviour may result in removal without refund.
