Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from a typical diet or workout plan?

Most programs ask you to do more: eat less, train harder, push through exhaustion. ALTER does the opposite. We help you understand what your body actually needs to feel safe, supported, and steady. You still get structure — nutrition, workouts, routines — but everything is aligned with your hormones, your schedule, your stress, your cycle, your digestion, and your real life. It isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about building consistency that holds you even on busy or difficult days.

What’s the difference between ALTER Lite, Core, Plus, and RESET?

ALTER Lite is a one-time blueprint for people who want clarity and a plan they can follow independently. ALTER Core is your structured 1:1 coaching space with daily accountability, weekly reviews, and continuous adjustments over 12 or 24 weeks. ALTER Plus is the premium experience — closer proximity to your coach, deeper lifestyle mapping, priority check-ins, and monthly calls. RESET 2026 is a 60-day community challenge that helps you build consistency and momentum through structured phases, without personalised coaching.

Do I need a gym or equipment?

Not at all. Every program can be done at home or in the gym — whatever fits your lifestyle best. If you don’t have equipment, the routines will be built around bodyweight training. If you have dumbbells, bands, or access to a gym, your plan will be customised accordingly. You’ll never be asked to buy equipment unless you want to.

Will I get a customised meal plan? Can I eat Indian food or my favourites?

Yes — every plan is 100% custom. You’ll get a nutrition plan built around your lifestyle, routines, food preferences, cultural context, and emotional patterns with food. Whether you’re vegetarian, non-vegetarian, eggitarian, or have a mix of cuisines — your plan will reflect exactly that. And yes, your favourites stay in — just structured better, balanced smarter, and portioned to work for your goals instead of against them.
