At ALTERbyPujah, all coaching programs and services are created with significant time, effort, and personalised planning.

 

For this reason, all purchases made for ALTER Programs are non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once payment is completed, except in rare cases of genuine emergencies. Any such exceptions are made solely at our discretion, after reviewing the situation and any supporting details shared by the client.

 

Approval is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
